The Graduate School of Information Science and Technology has a special incentives program for doctoral students (IST-RA). While its primary aim is to encourage outstanding doctoral students to take part in scientific research, it also promotes effective scientific research, fulfilling research programs, and the education of doctoral students as young researchers.
